This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through FirstInvoice, operated by Nico Technologies CC.

2. Digital Product Nature

FirstInvoice is a digital software service. By purchasing access, you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately upon payment.

3. No Refunds

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds once access to the platform has been granted.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical issues preventing access to the service

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation prevents future billing
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
